Cinnamon Soy Yogurt Fruit Dip

Children love to dip, and this is a quick and easy yogurt dip that can be used with fruit or with vegetables! Using dips is a great way to increase your children's intake of healthy fruits and vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (8-ounce) container gluten-free, casein-free vanilla soy yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons wildflower honey or agave nectar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Combine and stir the ingredients until smooth.

  2. Drizzle over fruit or use as a dip.
