Horseradish Brisket
INGREDIENTS
- 3–5 pounds beef brisket
- 1 jar (6-ounces) horseradish spread or 3 ounces fresh horseradish
- 1 jar (12-ounces) gluten-free, casein-free barbecue sauce
Preheat oven to 250ºF.
Roll out foil to a size large enough to wrap around the whole brisket.
Place beef brisket in center of foil and cover with horseradish and gluten-free, casein-free barbecue sauce.
Fold up foil and bake for about 5–6 hours, until done.
