Horseradish Brisket

This is an excellent recipe for parties, holidays, or large gatherings. It is a large, crowd-pleasing dish! Serve this with Mashed Potatoes and the Green Salad with Mock Cesar Dressing.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3–5 pounds beef brisket
  • 1 jar (6-ounces) horseradish spread or 3 ounces fresh horseradish
  • 1 jar (12-ounces) gluten-free, casein-free barbecue sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 250ºF.

  2. Roll out foil to a size large enough to wrap around the whole brisket.

  3. Place beef brisket in center of foil and cover with horseradish and gluten-free, casein-free barbecue sauce.

  4. Fold up foil and bake for about 5–6 hours, until done.

SERVES 8–10
