BBQ Fish
INGREDIENTS
- 4 fillets of Alaska longline cod
- 1 cup gluten-free, casein-free barbecue sauce
- 12 slices onion
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Lay out 4 pieces of foil or parchment paper, each large enough to wrap around one fillet.
On each piece of foil or parchment paper, spread out ¼ cup barbecue sauce and 3 slices of onion, then lay a fillet in the center.
Fold up foil or paper and bake for about 10–15 minutes.
