Vanilla Frosting
You can add gluten-free, casein-free food coloring to this vanilla frosting to create multicolored treats.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free, casein-free shortening
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free, casein-free margarine
- 1½ teaspoons gluten-free vanilla
- 2–3 tablespoons gluten-free, casein-free soy milk
- 2¼ cups powdered sugar
In a food processor, combine shortening, margarine, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons soy milk.
Add in powdered sugar, and blend until smooth. If the frosting is too thick, add more soy milk.
