Orange Coconut Sorbet
Sweet and creamy, this dessert adds important fat and vitamin C.
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup coconut milk
Combine juice and milk.
Pour into a covered freezer-safe container.
After 1½–2 hours, fluff with a fork, and return to freezer.
Continue fluffing every 2 hours until ready to serve.

Sorbet can harden if left in the freezer overnight. Take sorbet out of the freezer and let sit on the counter for 5 minutes to allow it to soften before serving.
