Orange Coconut Sorbet

Sweet and creamy, this dessert adds important fat and vitamin C.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  1. Combine juice and milk.

  2. Pour into a covered freezer-safe container.

  3. After 1½–2 hours, fluff with a fork, and return to freezer.

  4. Continue fluffing every 2 hours until ready to serve.

Softening Sorbet

Sorbet can harden if left in the freezer overnight. Take sorbet out of the freezer and let sit on the counter for 5 minutes to allow it to soften before serving.
