Mango Honeydew Sorbet

Sweet honeydew and flavorful mango combine for an interesting frozen combination.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ medium honeydew
  • 1½ cups mango chunks
  • ½ cup apple juice
  1. In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients together.

  2. Pour into a freezer-safe container.

  3. After 1½–2 hours, fluff sorbet with a fork, then return to freezer.

  4. After 2 hours, fluff sorbet with a fork.

  5. Continue fluffing every 2 hours until ready to serve.
