Golden Marshmallow Treats

Get creative with this as a base! Add different nut butters, or experiment with different dried fruits such as dried apricots, strawberries, or even gluten-free, casein-free chocolate!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 tablespoons gluten-free, casein-free margarine
  • 10 ounces gluten-free and vegan Rice Mellow Crème or gluten-free, casein-free marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Chex
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (optional)
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  1. Melt the margarine in a large skillet over medium-low heat.

  2. Add the Rice Mellow Crème and stir frequently until they are melted together.

  3. Add the Rice Chex, peanut butter, and raisins.

  4. Stir until all of the ingredients are thoroughly coated.

  5. Spread the Rice Chex mixture into a greased 9″ × 13″ casserole dish.

  6. Allow to cool. Cut into squares and serve.
