Broiled Pineapple and Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
This “dessert” provides protein, calcium, and vitamin C.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces gluten-free, casein-free vanilla soy yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
Transfer yogurt to a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for 1 hour, stir, and return to freezer.
Preheat oven to broiler setting.
Broil pineapple until slightly browned, approximately 10 minutes.
If yogurt is frozen too hard, let sit on counter for a few minutes to soften. Stir in pineapple chunks before serving.
