This all-fruit sorbet is a great way to provide vitamin C in a fun way.
- 1½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup lemonade
- 2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and puree until smooth.
Pour into a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for 2 hours, then fluff with a fork.
Return to freezer.
Continue fluffing every 1½–2 hours until serving.
