Asian-Style Beef Tips for Dogs Recipe

If you want a quick meal for your family, marinate the pepper steak in a mixture of olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic, and lime juice. Fry some green and red pepper strips and onions, and grill the steak strips. Serve wrapped in warm flour tortillas, and you have your own homemade fajitas.

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ½ pound pepper steak
  • ½ cup organic beef broth
  • ½ cup brown rice, cooked
  1. Combine the garlic, ginger, olive oil, and lime juice in a small plastic container. Add the pepper steak strips, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for as little as 20 minutes or as long as overnight.

  2. Heat a grill pan until hot but not smoking. Remove the steak strips from the marinade and cook on the grill for about 3 minutes per side. Discard the marinade.

  3. Remove the cooked beef strips and chop them into bite-size bits. Combine the cut-up beef with the beef broth and rice.

  4. Serve over kibble, thinning with more beef broth if desired.
