Microwaved Eggs with Dried Anchovies for Dogs Recipe
Microwaving eggs is an easy and fast cooking method when you're pressed for time. Remember to turn your dish halfway through the cooking process, and always have potholders at the ready.

- 1 organic egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons wild rice
- 2 tablespoons cooked beef, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried anchovies, finely ground
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons organic chicken broth
Using a fork, beat the egg until it is light and fluffy. Combine it with the rice, chopped beef, and dried anchovies. Set the mixture aside.
Pour ¼ cup chicken broth into a microwavable bowl and microwave the broth on high for 3 minutes. Be careful when removing the bowl from the microwave; it will be hot.
Pour in the egg mixture and whisk it with a fork. Return it to the microwave for another minute. The egg will be puffy and will float in the bowl. Remove it from the microwave and continually stir the egg with a fork to break it apart.
Add the cooked egg mixture to your dog's bowl. Add the remaining cold chicken broth to help cool the mixture.
