Steamed Zucchini

Wash the zucchini thoroughly. Trim off the ends; then cut the zucchini into ¼-inch slices.
Place in a steamer basket inside a medium saucepan. Fill the pot with water until it reaches the bottom of the steamer basket.
Bring to a boil; then steam for 10–15 minutes, or until tender.
Cut each slice into quarters, and serve as finger food.
