Chicken and Apples

Wash and peel the apple; then cut into small pieces.
Place the apple in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring the water to a boil; then cook for about 20 minutes, or until the apple is very tender.
Combine the chicken and apple on a plate. Fork-mash until tender.
If the mixture is too thick, add the leftover cooking water from the apple, 1 teaspoon at a time.
