Broccoli with Oranges and Almonds

Wash the broccoli and remove the stem. Dice into small florets.
Heat butter in a medium saucepan. Toast the almonds for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Bring water to a boil. Add broccoli and cook for about 15 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
Slice the orange in half and remove the fruit with a grapefruit spoon. Cut into small pieces. Toss cooked broccoli, almonds, and oranges together.
If the textures are too challenging, omit the almonds and purée the broccoli and orange, adding breastmilk or formula as necessary to thin the mixture.
