Beef Noodle Dinner
Wide egg noodles go very well with ground beef, and this is a good meal for self-feeding. The flat shape of the noodles makes it easy for babies to pick up, and fewer noodles will go sliding onto the floor. You can also substitute curly pasta or bowties.
Brown the ground beef in a frying pan for 8–10 minutes, or until completely cooked. Drain on paper towels.
Boil the water in a medium saucepan. Add the noodles and cook for 20 minutes, or until the noodles are completely tender.
Drain the pasta; then combine it and the beef in the saucepan. Over low heat, add the cheese and stir until melted.
Allow to cool; then allow your baby to self-feed under supervision.
