Condensed Milk Cookies
These are chocolaty, fudgy cookies with a delicious crunch. For variety, try butterscotch, peanut butter, or white chocolate chips in this recipe.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 30 COOKIES
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 cup Grape-Nuts cereal
Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Heat milk in microwave until bubbles form around the edges, about 2 minutes. Do not allow to boil.
Add chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
Stir in cereal until well coated.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on prepared baking sheet. Cool until firm.
No-bake cookies can be hard to work with because they often need to be shaped while they are hot. You can get scoops in several sizes at a restaurant supply store and easily create whatever size you need. For easy release of the dough, spray the scoop with baking spray before using. Spray again when cookies begin to stick. You will have perfectly shaped, uniform cookies every time.
