These quick cookies are adorable at Easter time. Place a single cookie in a small, clear cellophane bag and tie with a pastel organza ribbon for giving as gifts.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 24 COOKIES

• 12 ounces butterscotch chips
• ¼ cup peanut butter
• 2 cups chow mein noodles
• 1 cup salted peanuts
• Assorted jelly beans or candy-covered chocolate eggs

1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

2. Place butterscotch chips and peanut butter in microwave; melt, stirring often, about 3 minutes.

3. Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts; coat well.

4. Drop by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet.

5. Press centers down with your thumb; add jelly beans or chocolate eggs to make it resemble a nest. Let cool completely.
