Cranberry Walnut Blondies
These are wonderful plain, but adding the Cream Cheese Frosting takes them to a brand-new level.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 12 BROWNIES
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Butter 8" × 8" pan. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix melted butter with brown sugar; beat until smooth, then add egg and vanilla.
Add salt and flour; stir until well blended. Fold in cranberries, walnuts, and white chocolate chips.
Bake 20–25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
