Whereas other methods work at different levels—body, feelings, mind, or behavior—spiritual awareness and growth can affect a transformation in your whole being. The more reliance and trust you develop in your higher power, the easier it becomes to deal without fear or worry with the inevitable challenges life brings. The resulting absence of anxiety is called peace of mind.
