Place 2 tablespoons of the granola in the bottom of a tall glass. Add 3 tablespoons of the yogurt. Continue layering by alternating even portions of the granola and yogurt. Top with the banana slices.
Which Yogurt to Use?
Not all yogurts are created equal. Made with low-fat milk, low-fat yogurt has a fat content between 0.5 and 2 percent, while skim milk keeps the fat content of nonfat yogurt below 0.5 percent. Plain yogurt is both unflavored and unsweetened. However, its fat content will depend on the type of milk used.
