French Toast Sandwich
Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter on the inside of each slice of French toast. Peel and slice the banana. Lay the banana slices on top of the peanut butter and close up the sandwich. If desired, microwave before eating, for the amount of time indicated on your brand of microwave.
