Blender Chocolate Mousse for One

½ cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all the ingredients, and blend with an electric blender until the mixture thickens. Chill before serving.

Serves 1

It's easy to indulge your sweet tooth with this simple but rich dessert. For best results, thicken further by chilling briefly in the freezer section of the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes before eating.
