Screwdriver
Makes 1 drink
1½ ounces vodka
Fresh-squeezed orange juice
It is said that the drink called the Screwdriver was invented in the 1950s by American oil-rig workers who were stationed in the Middle East. They stirred this creation with the screwdrivers that hung on their belts.
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the vodka and add the orange juice to fill. If you add equal parts of cranberry and orange juice, it's called a Madras. Add peach schnapps, and you have a Hairy Navel. Add sloe gin, and you've made a Sloe Screw. Add Galliano, and you have made a Harvey Wallbanger.
