Makes 1 drink
2 ounces gin
1/8 ounce dry vermouth
2 big pimento-stuffed green olives
Chill the gin and dry vermouth ahead of time in refrigerator or freezer. Pour gin and vermouth into shaker tin of ice. Shake or stir, and strain into in a chilled martini glass. Leave out the vermouth, and you have a very dry martini. Add more vermouth, and you have a wet martini. Add olive juice, and you have made a dirty martini.
