Blue Hawaiian
Makes 1 drink
1 ounce light rum
1 ounce blue curaçao
Pineapple juice
Sweet-n-sour mix
Pineapple slice, maraschino cherry, paper parasol
Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the rum and blue curaçao, then add the pineapple juice and sweet-n-sour mix in equal amounts. Garnish with a cherry-speared pineapple slice and a tropical parasol.
