Serve with a chocolate banana. Peel a banana, insert a popsicle stick in the bottom, and place in the freezer. Melt some chocolate in the microwave, and dip the hardened banana in the chocolate. Return to the freezer.
INGREDIENTS | MAKES 1 drink
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1 ounce crème de banana
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce chocolate syrup
- 5 ounces half-and-half 1 banana
Pour the coffee liqueur, crème de banana, light rum, chocolate syrup, and half-and-half into a blender with the banana and a cup of ice.
Blend well, adding more ice or half-and-half as needed to achieve a smooth consistency.
If you prefer more of a chocolate flavor, add more chocolate syrup.
