4 cups low-fat microwave popcorn, popped
1 teaspoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Spread the popcorn on a nonstick cookie sheet and lightly coat with nonstick or butter-flavored cooking spray.
2. Mix together all the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the mixture over the popcorn and lightly toss to coat evenly. Bake for 5 minutes, toss the popcorn and rotate the pan, and then bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Double, triple, or quadruple the recipe to make popcorn for many. Serve in bowls around the room if you are hosting a party for a television event, such as the Super Bowl.
