Nada Colada

Makes 1 drink

¼ ounce rum extract

¼ ounce vanilla extract

3 ounces pineapple juice

3 ounces Coco Lopez

Milk or half-and-half

Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry

Pour the rum extract, vanilla extract, pineapple juice, and Coco Lopez into a blender with a cup of ice. Add milk or half-and-half and blend until a smooth consistency as been reached. Pour into a tall glass, and garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry. The rum extract can be omitted if desired.
