If you can't find cherry vodka, you can make your own. You can also drop a few cherry Jolly Ranchers into a bottle of vodka.

1. Prepare these martinis ahead of time by pouring the first three ingredients into a large serving pitcher, then refrigerate. (The ultimate presentation would be to use a tall genie bottle–type container and maybe hot-glue some jewels from the craft store onto the bottle.)

2. When you are ready to serve, drop in a large chunk of dry ice to activate your Genie Martini mixture, then pour into martini glasses.

3. Another way to prep is to refrigerate your liquid ingredients ahead of time.
