Put the first four ingredients into a blender. Add about an ounce of milk or half-and-half to help the blending process. Keep adding milk or half-and-half and ice cubes little by little to achieve a thick but drinkable consistency. Pour into a tall glass, and stick the Sugar Daddy on top.
