Sparkling New Year Cheer
INGREDIENTS | MAKES 1 drink
- 1 sugar cube
- 6 dashes Angostura bitters
- Chilled champagne
- Strip of lemon rind
Dash a sugar cube with Angostura bitters and drop into the bottom of a champagne flute. Fill with champagne.
Twist the strip of lemon rind to release the oils. Rub around the rim of the glass and drop into the drink.
