Mix a tablespoon of sugar with a pinch of cinnamon. Skewer the star fruit and dip into the mixture. Pour the shot of Goldschlager into a shot glass. Float one-half of the 151 rum on top of the Goldschlager and light. Pour the remaining rum over the skewered star fruit and hold over the flame to light. Make a wish, blow out the flames, drink the shot, and eat the star fruit.
