Makes 1 drink
1 ounce sambuca (divided into two equal parts)
½ ounce coffee liqueur
2 spoons of sugar
Rub lemon over the rim and the inside of a clear glass coffee mug, then coat with sugar. Pour half of the sambuca into the glass and light to caramelize the sugar. This is the meteorite entering the atmosphere. Carefully pour in the rest of the sambuca and the coffee liqueur. Fill with coffee and garnish with whipped cream.
