So far, the mythology discussed in this book has been primarily Greek. Much of Roman mythology was borrowed from the Greeks. While many of the stories are essentially the same, the names are different. However, the Romans also had their own myths, separate from those of the Greeks. This chapter shows you the deities as the Romans knew them and introduces some uniquely Roman myths.
