You can use this to stuff roast Cornish Game Hens or trout.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup cooked Wild Rice
- ¼ cup sliced whole green onions
- ¼ cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons diced smoked sausage
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lay the almonds out in an even layer on an ungreased baking sheet pan; bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Chop cooled almonds.
Combine all ingredients.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Use to stuff poultry, pork, fish, or vegetables before baking.
