Raisin Biscotti and Sharp Blue Cheese
Excellent biscotti can be found in most supermarket cookie sections, or at good bakeries. If you can't find raisin biscotti, substitute hazelnut, date, or other sweet and nutty biscotti to balance the sharpness of a good blue cheese.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12
- 12 raisin biscotti
- 8 ounces good-quality sharp blue cheese, crumbled
- 6 nasturtium flowers (or other edible flower)
Arrange the biscotti on a dessert serving platter.
Blend the blue cheese with a fork until somewhat creamy.
Spread 1–2 teaspoons of blue cheese on each biscotti, decorate with nasturtium blossoms, and serve.
