About Radishes
There are many different radish varieties. Almost all have a bit of peppery heat to them, but some are almost sweet. You'll find black radishes, daikon radishes, French Breakfast radishes, Korean radishes, red globes, watermelon radishes, and white icicle radishes. French Breakfast radishes are small and carrot shaped. When fresh in spring, they are surprisingly sweet.
