- ¾ pound Lighthouse Blue Brie
- ¾ pound Cashel Blue
- ¾ pound Stilton
- ½ cup fig jam
Bring cheeses and fig jam to room temperature.
Put the fig jam in a bowl, arrange cheeses and individual knives on a platter around the bowl, and serve.
