Italian Table Cheese

The Italians and French are known for keeping a plate of tasty cheeses to present at every meal. Nothing could be simpler, and once you taste these you might start doing the very same thing.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12

  • ¾ pound fresh Asiago cheese
  • ¾ pound Piave cheese
  • ¾ Fontina Val D'Osta cheese
  • 2 dozen breadsticks
  1. Bring cheeses to room temperature.

  2. Arrange large wedges of each cheese on a plate, and put the breadsticks in several tall water glasses or an empty vase. Serve at every opportunity.
