Italian Table Cheese
The Italians and French are known for keeping a plate of tasty cheeses to present at every meal. Nothing could be simpler, and once you taste these you might start doing the very same thing.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12
- ¾ pound fresh Asiago cheese
- ¾ pound Piave cheese
- ¾ Fontina Val D'Osta cheese
- 2 dozen breadsticks
Bring cheeses to room temperature.
Arrange large wedges of each cheese on a plate, and put the breadsticks in several tall water glasses or an empty vase. Serve at every opportunity.
