Blue Cheese Dressing
Blue cheese dressing is so thick and rich you can use it on salad or as a dip for crudites. Some people enjoy dipping crackers or potato chips, too.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS about 2 cups
- 1 cup crème fraiche
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1½teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
- 4 ounces sharp blue cheese, crumbled
Place all ingredients except blue cheese in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
Add blue cheese and mix lightly, until most of the lumps are gone. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
