Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue cheese dressing is so thick and rich you can use it on salad or as a dip for crudites. Some people enjoy dipping crackers or potato chips, too.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS about 2 cups

  • 1 cup crème fraiche
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1½teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 ounces sharp blue cheese, crumbled
  1. Place all ingredients except blue cheese in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.

  2. Add blue cheese and mix lightly, until most of the lumps are gone. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
