Easy Biscotti with Mascarpone, Saba, and Berries

If you can't find biscotti use any firm tea-style cookie with nuts. The biscotti serves as a spoon, and substitutes should not crumble too quickly under moisture.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

  • 8 almond biscotti
  • ½ pint mascarpone
  • ½ cup fresh boysenberries
  • 4 teaspoons Saba
  1. Divide the mascarpone evenly into four small bowls, top with fresh boysenberries, and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of Saba in each bowl.

  2. Arrange two biscotti in each bowl and serve.
