Cheese and Chutney Focaccia Sandwich

To make these sandwiches sweet, substitute cream cheese for the Cheddar cheese, and to make them more savory, try something bold and fruity like Uplands Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheese.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

  • 4 3-inch squares of Cheese Focaccia
  • ½ cup good-quality English chutney
  • ½ pound smoked ham
  • ½ pound sharp Cheddar cheese
  1. Slice each square of focaccia in half lengthwise, making a top and bottom layer for the sandwich.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of chutney on each side, then layer ham and Cheddar on the bottom, and top with the other focaccia layer. Enjoy!
