The Sage Within

Everyone has a wisdom sheath, vijnanomya kosha. No one has to travel far and wide to find wisdom or the secret to life, yet many do so because the life experience, dedication, and guidance of wise teachers and authors remind each person how to access universal, inner wisdom. You are sagacious. As you read this book and learn about your chakras and the Law of Attraction, you will begin to notice how quickly you pick this up because it's already known to you. Don't be discouraged if it takes practice to strengthen and trust in your relationship to your own wisdom.

In his famous book for children and adults called Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince), Antoine de Saint-Exupéry writes, “On ne voit bien qu'avec le coeur. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.” In English, this means, “One cannot see rightly except with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eyes.”

One of the differences between this sheath and the manomaya kosha is that this sheath interprets the information from your organs of perception—your gut and heart. It's not with the manomaya kosha but with vijnanomya kosha that you interpret the signals from your internal organs.

The Brow Chakra is directly related to the vijnanomaya kosha. When the Brow Chakra is in balance you access the universal wisdom. Making decisions from this place, from a place of universal wisdom, will get you into alignment. What you think, feel, say, and do have the potential to be in sync and this is the recipe for living the life that best suits all your talents, skills, and desires. It's the way you'll live a fulfilled life, doing more of what you love and loving what you do. And, you'll be surprised by how things that seemed out of reach might fall into your lap.
