= My Work/Life Balance Score |
If you scored 32 or less: You are doing a good job of finding balance between your work and personal life. If your score was 33 to 64: You probably need to work on certain areas to get more balance.
If your score was 65 or more: You need to seriously address the issues contributing to imbalance between your work and personal life.
Regardless of your score, but particularly if you scored over 33, circle one to three statements that represent areas that you feel could stand some improvement. Recast these as goal statements. For example, if you answered “almost never true” to the statement “I exercise regularly,” rewrite it as “I want to take positive steps to incorporate regular exercise into my week.” Write these statements in your chart on page 179.
