Sugar-and Fat-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
This recipe needs to be stored in the refrigerator where it should chill for 2 hours before use. It has a shelf life of 2 weeks.
INGREDIENTS | MAKES 12 OUNCES
- 1 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Splenda

In glass measuring cup, stir together milk powder and water until they form a paste.

Cover and microwave on high for 45 seconds or until hot but not boiling.

Stir in Splenda. Cover and store.
