Butter Blend (Freezing)
This very simple blend is perfect in cooking because the olive oil prevents it from burning. You can make herb butter by adding about 1 teaspoon of your desired herb to the spread; adjust to your personal tastes.
INGREDIENTS | MAKES 1 CUP
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- ¼ cup olive oil
Soften the butter and mix in the olive oil until evenly distributed.
Place in freezer-safe container; use as butter.
