Snack Happy (Freezing)
If you have frequent drop-in guests, this is a great blend to have in your freezer. It defrosts quickly and tastes great.
1. Melt butter and stir in soup mixes.
2. Add nuts and coat completely.
3. Move nuts to the oven to dry the coating (300 °F). Check and turn regularly to keep the nuts from burning.
4. Cool and store in food-storage bags in the freezer for about 4 months.
