Caramel Maple Pecan Sauce
This is very tasty on top of white cakes and ice cream.
1. Combine corn syrup, maple syrup, water, and brown sugar in a stockpot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in pecans; remove from heat.
3. Ladle into sterilized jars, leaving ¼" headspace. Wipe rims; cap and seal.
4. Process in water-bath canner 10 minutes.
