Vegan Brownie Bites

Sometimes a tiny bite of sweetness is just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. These are great for lunches or snacks.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 24

  • 1 18.25-ounce box vegan chocolate cake mix
  • 1 29-ounce can organic pumpkin purée
  • 2 cups vegan chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Use an electric mixer to combine cake mix and pumpkin until completely incorporated. Fold in chocolate morsels and walnuts.

  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
