Beef Pot Pie
This warm, nourishing comfort food is a true one-pot meal. Use leftover rolls, lean ground beef, and delicious veggies to make a home-baked supper.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 15-ounce jar Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes, fresh or canned
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ recipe Dinner Rolls dough, unbaked
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Add Alfredo sauce, corn, beans, tomatoes, and basil. Bring to a boil. Pour mixture into baking dish.
Dot beef mixture with Dinner Rolls dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Bake for 15 minutes or until bread topping is golden brown.
